Child Benefit (NLCB)

Child Benefit and Early childhood nutrition supplement (ECNS) this is a tax-free amount paid monthly to help low-income families with the cost of raising children under 18 years of age. The Early Childhood Nutrition Supplement (ECNS), previously called the pre-natal infant nutrition supplement (PINS), is an additional benefit paid to qualifying families.

Benefits are combined with the Child Benefit (NLCB) into a single monthly payment.
