Taxis, Uber & Rental Cars

Take a Taxi or Uber: All registered taxis display a logo or have a specific color scheme. Additionally, Uber services are available in some parts of the province. They are available in all towns and cities. In hospitals, supermarkets and bars you can find one at the door or ask for one to be sent to you. In the metro area the minimum fare is CAD$10.00. Rental a Car: Major rental companies are available at airports and in cities, offering various vehicles. Requirements: credit card and driver's license. Sometimes, they apply for international permission, and there may be restrictions or higher fees if you are under 25 years old (read the requirements and policies that each company has carefully).
