- The Gathering Place | Hot meals three times a day every day.
- School Lunch Association | Hot nutritious lunches to school children regardless of parent’s financial situation
- Bridges to Hope | Access to food aid assistance once a month for anyone over 16 years old
- MUN Campus Food Bank | Food bank for MUN students, employees, and pensioners who cannot afford to buy food (MCP required)

Legal Support
- Egale | Legal advocacy for 2SLGBTQIA+ people
- Public Legal Information association of NL | Legal support in the areas of immigration law, family law, labour and employment law, human rights, criminal law, residential tenancies and other housing issues, civil litigation, and other areas specifically for newcomers
- The Journey Project | Legal information and system navigation to survivors of sexual violence and/or intimate partner violence
- Canadian Federation of Students NL | Representation of students’ rights and concerns in the government.
Mental Health Support
- Quadrangle NL | Free counselling for 2SLGBTQIA+ individuals from 2SLGBTQIA+ counsellors
- St. John’s Women’s Centre | Drop-in counselling for women and non-binary people over 18 years old
- Doorways | Walk-in counselling available without appointment or referral
- Jacob Puddister Memorial Foundation | 10 free sessions for young people (ages 12 to 35)
Health/Mental Health
- Planned parenthood | Sexual education and health clinic for physical exams, pap/testicular exams, birth control, and screening and treatment of STIs
- CAST (Concurrent Addictions Specialized Treatment) | Specialized counselling program for those experiencing both mental health and addictions
- HOPE (Eating Disorders Program) | Program for people experiencing an eating disorder) and their families
- Community Walk-in Clinics | Clinic for patients without a primary care provider. No appointment or MCP required
