The Employment and Training Programs Division offers essential resources for newcomers seeking to integrate into the Newfoundland and Labrador workforce. This division provides a variety of programs and services designed to help individuals prepare for, find, and retain employment. Supported by joint Canada-Newfoundland and Labrador agreements, programs include Wage Subsidy Programs, pre-employment training, career planning services, and support for youth transitioning into the workforce.
