- Newcomer's Form & Settlement Support – Assisting newcomers in accessing municipal and provincial services.
- Community Integration & Cultural Events – Hosting quarterly events such as the Spring Festival, Summer Picnic, Multicultural Food Day, and Winter Adaptation Festival.
- Employment & Economic Support – Collaboration with local businesses and Avalon Chambers of Commerce to facilitate job opportunities for newcomers.
- Housing & Social Assistance Guidance – Providing information on NL Housing and connecting newcomers with support programs

- A centralized resource hub to help newcomers navigate local and provincial services.
- A dedicated webpage with essential resources on settlement, healthcare, education, and employment
- Community engagement programs, including volunteer and mentorship opportunities through the Newcomer Navigator NL initiative.
- Support in accessing social services, including MCP registration, Income Support, and Child Benefits.
